Rostov region Alliance Française extended thanks to Sergei Kislov for his support and contribution into its developmentOn the 27th of September a reception was held on the occasion of opening the festival French Autumn and the fifteenth anniversary of Alliance Française Rostov region. The event with an address was attended by the Counsel of France in Russia Madame Sylvie Bermann. The reception took place in Biblioteka-Loft by Deputy Governor of Rostov region Iuri Molodchenko: For a long time we have had close relations with France and we are glad that already the 3rd festival French Autumn is being held in Rostov-on-Don. We are happy to host such a unique event, for the first time in our history France will host days of Rostov region from October 22 to 25 in France where all investment potential of our region will be presented. I hope that this will facilitate development of more tight and friendly relations between us. Thereafter Madame Bermann took the floor: Anniversary of Alliance Française Rostov region is a wonderful reason to remind about close friendship between France and Russia. Alliance Frances Rostov region is a true window to France for all people of Rostov-on-Don. Ambassador of France in Russia has extended her special gratitude to the President of the Group of Companies Yug Rusi and Honorary Counsel of France in Rostov-on-Don for his contribution into development and continuous support of the Alliances activities: Your support of our events, especially the cultural ones, helps us to make the program of the events more versatile and expand it in such a way that Rostovites can learn more about France and its culture. Festival French Autumn will be held from October to November at central city venues and will include various cultural events, such as exhibitions, concerts, film shows that will help people to get to know modern French culture better. The festival organizing committee stresses that all events will be accessible for those who do not speak French as well.
