In the middle of February, the tenth anniversary of AgroSoyuz «Yug Rusi» foundation was celebrated.
This Company was established in the difficult time for the Russian agriculture when any investment in this industry was considered as a very risky one. However, our farmers were among the first who has proved that the agricultural business can be profitable. Agricultural enterprises which were nearly bankrupts before their inclusion into AgroSoyuz «Yug Rusi» had become financially viable and sustainable businesses. Such success was driven by technical modernization, implementation of the up-to-date agricultural technologies, competent management and hard work of the countrymen.
For ten years of its dynamic development, AgroSoyuz «Yug Rusi» has become one of the major agrarian companies in the country. It comprises various agrarian enterprises of the Rostov and Volgograd Regions as well as of the Krasnodar Territory with the total area about 200 thousand ha and achieves consistently high production yields.
Using the best sorts and hybrids of various cultivated crops, the scientifically grounded and practically proven methods of their cultivation, farms of AgroSoyuz «Yug Rusi» take the crops being consistently high for their edaphic-climatic zones. Annually they mill such volumes of wheat which would be enough for providing with bread all population of Rostov-on-Don during four years. Supplying high-quality oilseeds, AgroSoyuz «Yug Rusi» has also contributed to the fact that our vegetable oil wins the leading positions at the domestic market of food products; besides, it is extensively exported to various countries in as well as outside the CIS.
